PATIENT SATISFACTION

Being involved in your care and treatment, by asking questions and communicating necessary information, is the best way to stay informed of your progress.At Jackson County Memorial Hospital, we encourage patients and family members to Speak Up and ask questions.

JCMH has a strict confidentiality policy regarding patient records, patient rights and protected health information. Ask your nurse or any staff member if you have questions about your personal information.

After you have been discharged from a number of services at JCMH, you will receive a patient satisfaction survey at your home address.  Please fill out the survey and return it in the pre-paid envelope.  Include comments about your stay and let us know how we are doing. We value your opinion.
