The Jackson County Memorial Hospital Counseling Center seeks to assist individuals in reaching their fullest potential in work settings, educational/vocational pursuits and interpersonal relationships.
NURSE PRACTITIONER
Jennifer Zachary, Family Practice Nurse Practitioner, holds a Board Certification in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing that is accredited by the American Nurse Credentialing Center and The Family Nurse Practitioner certification is accredited by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She has a background in family medicine and mental health and her practice includes people of all ages, children to senior adults. Her counseling practice will provide:
- Medication Management
- Assessment of psychiatric needs
- Diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric disorders
- Referrals to JCMH Counseling Center therapists
LICENSED THERAPISTS
The Counseling Center has licensed therapists available for appointments and offers prevention programs and treatment services designed to strengthen social, marital and family relationships.
